My backup is not appearing in Files.
On iPhone, after choosing Save to Files, wait for the Files sheet to open and finish by tapping Save. Then look in iCloud Drive → Delivered Backups. On Android, open the same location chosen in the Android file picker—for on-device storage, this is commonly Documents → Delivered Backups.
I cannot find or create the Delivered Backups folder.
On iPhone, open Files, choose Browse → iCloud Drive, and use the new-folder control to create Delivered Backups. On Android, use the file picker or Files app to create the folder in Documents or another private writable location. If you cannot create a folder, choose a writable location and try again.
I selected the wrong backup file.
Cancel the restore if that option is available, return to Restore Backup, and select the intended file from your Delivered Backups folder—iCloud Drive on iPhone or your chosen Android location. Use a clear file name and save date when keeping more than one copy.
Restore Backup is unavailable or the restore fails.
Return to Delivered-Courier App and reopen Business → Backup History / Restore Backup. Confirm the file is a Delivered backup and fully available in Files on iPhone or the chosen file location on Android. If the action still fails, close and reopen the app, then try again and follow each in-app option.
What happens when I restore or replace data?
A restore follows the options presented by Delivered and may replace the current data with the data in the selected backup. Read those choices carefully. Create and save a fresh manual backup first if you may need to return to your current records.
How do I keep the backup file private?
Backup files are not password-protected. Keep them in your private Delivered Backups folder, avoid sending them through shared links, messages, or email by accident, and remove copies from locations you do not control.
